Specialized Cat Care
We don’t just care for cats, we understand them.
If you’re a cat owner who works long hours, travels frequently, or simply refuses to settle for a quick 15-minute litter-and-food check, you’ve found your people. At Kibbles & Kisses Pet Care, cats aren’t an afterthought — they’re one of our specialties.
Why In-Home Care Is Better Than Boarding
Cats are fundamentally different from dogs. They’re territorial, routine-driven, and highly sensitive to changes in their environment. Uprooting a cat from their home and placing them in an unfamiliar facility — surrounded by strange smells, sounds, and other animals — is one of the most stressful experiences a cat can have.
In-home cat sitting solves this. Your cat stays in the space they know, sleeps in their favorite spots, eats on their normal schedule, and receives calm, one-on-one attention from a familiar face. No cages. No kennels. No chaos.
For shy cats, anxious cats, cats on medication, or multi-cat households with complex dynamics, in-home care isn’t just more comfortable — it’s genuinely better for their health and wellbeing.

What Our Cat Visits Look Like
Feeding & Hydration
Meals are served on your cat’s normal schedule, exactly the way you do it at home — whether that’s wet food, dry food, a specific bowl placement, or a particular feeding routine.
Litter Maintenance
Clean litter boxes at every visit, because cats notice — and a dirty box affects both their mood and their health.
Medication Administration
We are experienced in administering oral medications, subcutaneous fluids, eye drops, and other common feline medications. If your cat has a health condition that requires precise, consistent medication timing, we take that seriously.
Enrichment & Play
Cats need mental and physical stimulation even when their owners are away. We bring the energy — interactive wand play, feather toys, puzzle feeders, and plenty of lap time for cats who want it. Even shy or independent cats benefit from having someone engage them on their own terms.
Behavioral Observation
We pay close attention. Changes in appetite, litter box habits, energy level, or behavior can be early signs of a health issue. We note and report anything that seems off so you can address it quickly.
Detailed Visit Updates
After every visit you’ll receive a thorough update through our app — photos, videos, a behavioral summary, confirmation of feeding and medication, and anything we observed. You’ll never be left wondering how your cat is doing.
We’re a Great Fit for Shy & Anxious Cats
We know that not every cat runs to greet a new person at the door — and that’s completely okay. We take a patient, low-pressure approach with cats who need time to warm up, letting them set the pace entirely. We’ve worked with cats who hid for the first few visits and are now happily greeting us at the door. Trust takes time, and we respect that.

What Our Cat Clients’ Families Are Saying
“Megan is absolutely phenomenal! Not only is she excellent with animals, she is so kind, flexible, and very reliable. I’ve used her for two separate out-of-town vacations and it didn’t take long for my very shy cats to warm up — now they even happily greet her arrival! Megan’s communication is unmatched. She and her team send detailed daily updates including adorable pictures and videos, confirmation of medication administration, food and water status, and a general behavioral update with each visit. She truly goes above and beyond. Whenever I leave town, my mind is at ease knowing she will be there to care for my fur babies. And as an added bonus — by supporting her small business I actually saved money by avoiding the added fees from Rover and big corporations!”
